- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Peak Season Notice: During high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be extended by a few additional business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We offer standard shipping through trusted carriers.
- Estimated delivery times vary by location:
- Domestic (Canada): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for orders over a certain amount.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Everkind is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it:
- Please check with neighbors or your local postal service.
- If the package is still missing, contact us at info@everkindsk.ca. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to assist you.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order:
- We will not reship the missing item.
- A refund will be issued for the missing product after verification.
