Due to hygiene, safety, and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, we are happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:
- Notification Period: You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Missing Items
If your order is missing an item:
- We will not reship the missing item.
- Instead, a refund will be issued for the missing product(s) after verification.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
